Shipping & Returns

Shipping Times

Shipping is free on orders $30 or more. Orders will be shipped out in 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to let you know your package is on its way.  We ship orders Monday-Friday via USPS First Class Mail and it will normally arrive to you 2-5 days after shipped.

You also have the option to choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout for a fee of $5.85.  In this case you will receive your package within 2 business days after it is shipped.

We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due to causes beyond our control such as severe weather, post office closures, etc.  Should USPS lose your package, you must file a claim with them.  

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love your items, but understand things don't always work out.  You can return your item(s) up to 10 days after it is received for a store credit only.  If the returned item does not make it back to Marcella within 10 days of you receiving it, the request will be cancelled and sent back at the customer's expense.  Customer are responsible for the shipping fees to send items back to Marcella. Items will be inspected and store credits will be issued via email  The email will contain a gift card code to be used on future purchases.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, perfume and smoke free, stain free, makeup and deodorant free, with original tags attached.  If the item does not meet these requirements, it will be sent to return address at the customer's expense.  

Sale items, jewelry, hand bags, and shoes are all final sale items.
